Friends? I have those?

{Tshirt: Hanes, Sweatshirt: Forever21, Ring: Forever21, Watch: Walmart}

Today was the first day this break that I was with my friends not family.
We went to sushi.
Oh My God.
No really. That's what my roll was called.
Then I went to Harry Potter 7 with his family. Good? I think so.
I wish I remembered the book more.
I'm thinking I need to read them all again.
A goal for another day. Maybe over the next break.
And for din din I had ramen.
Mmm talk about gourmet.
Ever since I watched Panyo, I've been obsessed with ramen and things like eggs or ham.
It's quite good.

Did you go shopping? I'm not much for black friday.

A Thankful Day

So incredibly thankful for all my family being here this year.
The new friends I've met and ones I've kept over many years.
The adventures I've had and one in the future.
The food I get to eat.
The opportunities I have.
The freedom to make choices and mistakes on my own.
The love from all those around and that which I can give to others.
The list goes on.

Why is it we don't give this thanks everyday? Maybe it'll be a new trend for me.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!

Kind of a lie...

{Tshirt: Hanes, Scarf: Target, Jeans, Heels, and Hoodie: Forever 21}

Ok so maybe this isn't what I wore all day.
I actually wore the same thing I did yesterday...shhh
This is just sort of a combo of things I've bought recently but who's asking.
So don't judge my appearance or matching skills. Just trying out everything.

I'm still practicing the heels. Getting pretty good if you ask me.
I'm obsessed with the mustard yellow color. Hence the scarf. I tend to like really "gross" colors but I think they look good clothing wise.
AND drum roll please....
I'm not wearing black!!!
I feel I'm turning a new leaf- a colorful one!

Spade

I'm sure you're all aware of the wonderful Ms. Kate Spade.
But are you familiar with her home?!
It's amazing.
So chic but fun. I love it.

The Selby's got all kinds of awesome goin on.
Go Look.
Now.

Don't Get Me Wrong

I love my family.
Really honestly love them to death.
But related to the last post, on a college budget, I can't help but love them even more when I don't have to spend money.
Not to mention the food. Oh dear. I love the food.

We like to spend a good amount of time watching movies and eating. And by good amount I mean all the time. In fact I'm about to go watch Toy Story 3 with them. Have you seen it? I've heard it's great.

We'll probably see Harry Potter this week [well I'm praying for it]. Love me some HP.

Gettin Sessified

{shirt: old navy, jeans: forever 21, heels:forever 21}

Among the many trials and tribulations associated with being with your family, it has its upsides in the form of shopping.
Which took place yesterday.
ALL yesterday.

Am I complaining?
Heck Nah!

Not only did I get some
kick-ass-5-inch-blue-suede heels
but I got some more stripes
{can a girl have too many?}

{heaven? is that you?}

Downside of the kick ass heels you might ask?
Did I mention they're 5 inches
5 INCHES!!
And the practice begins.

#1 Nuggets Fan!!

{not really}

I surprise myself with how attractive I can be

Nuggets Game!!
So fun. Now this may come as a surprise but sports and I don't really go well together.
HOWEVER
the game was quite a good time.

Just watched this week's glee. Um. AMAZING! I'm a big fan of Broadway though sooo {and Gwen is kinda my gurl}. Forget You's real version is bout as awesome. WARNING: LOTS OF LANGUAGE INVOLVED! The video's hilarious. Love me some 50s.

Speaking of 50's, guess what I saw for the first time today. Any guesses. Actually it was Back To The Future. Sooo great. Netflix has done it again. So worth the money.

Meanies

I don't know what it is but for some reason I'm taking things very personally today.

how i feel
how i want to feel

This is absolutely no fun.

I overheard some girls talking about me {i know. can i be more middle school right now?} and it hurt my feelings.
So I ate a brownie {or three but who's counting?}
Then someone commented on me eating so much
{same thing last night. maybe i should watch it on the desserts}

So I'm feeling no good right about now.
Usually I'm the person that never takes anything pesonally and doesn't understand why others do.
Not today
Therefore I think some Michael Buble is in order as well as some catching up on blogs.

I hope you had a better day!

Had a wonderful weekend?

Follow my blog with bloglovin

Supposed to spend the day in the studio....not so much. But I hope you had a wonderful weekend and bring on the new week! Soo ready for break.

Love these.

New hair? [and wardrobe?]

I wouldn't mind chores if they looked this good.

Cutest video from the cutest couple

Makes me want to run away

Already have my friends obsessed with this. Hilarious.

Studio Saturday

If I had a coat like this, I don't think I'd mind the frigid weather.

Spent my wonderful Saturday in the studio working on my final project. T-minus 4 weeks to presentation. Break isn't really the right word for how I'm spending my Thanksgiving week. And though I spent so much time doing that, I did get the chance to catch up on more Gossip Girl (second season. going strong).

Out of Nowhere

I've been obsessed with this song for the past couple weeks. I'm absolutely in love! Songs like this come up on my Carla Bruni station on pandora all the time. Am I complaining? Heck Nah! Bring it on Pandora. Bring it on!
I'm not sure why I love this music so much. What in my past turned me on to it? Well thank you whatever it is.

Future Studio

Can I just say how excited I am to have a future studio. There will be chalkboard paint involved. Oh there will be.

Photo via this wonderful blog I found just today. Take a look see. It's wonderful.

Tired of my farm project

I'm an architect major. This is what I want to do. I love the open courtyard, the big windows, the privacy but connectedness. NOT TO MENTION its the former Blue's Clues host's home!!

Photo found here from here

Fo Shizzle

Sometimes I get so wrapped up in things being perfect and having a perfect layout or structure or idea that I never actually get anything done or finish anything (story of my life in school right now). So I'm starting over (again) with this blog. Just posting what I see everyday on blogs and elsewhere that I like. I find so many things that I want to share. So now I'm doing it for realzies this time.
